I’ve been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years, based in Central London and I’ve coached people through every life stage, from first time exercisers to retirees who want to stay active and independent.
As a husband and father of two, I understand how easy it is to put your own health on the back burner. But I also know this: how you move, eat, and train now will shape how you feel 5, 10, even 20 years from today.
